Varesh R. Patel, DO

Dr. Varesh Patel

I have now been in practice for 15 years in the Orlando area alongside my father . I received my undergraduate education at Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. I then went on to medical school at Kansas City University of Medical and Bio-sciences to later return to Orlando to complete residency at Florida Hospital East. I was denoted as Chief Resident and was a member of the Primary Care Advisory Board at that time.

In addition to my dedication to medicine, I felt an important sense of duty to my country, for I held a position as Army Major for 9 years following medical school. This allowed me to gain excellent military experience. I currently hold clinical teaching positions at Florida State University and University of Central Florida College of Medicine.

I am board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and licensed through the State of Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine. I hold an active medical directorship position with Blackstone Medical Services. I am currently President of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce and am on the board for the Florida Physician Trust-ACO.
